       The ship's heptafluoropropane fire extinguishing device adopts pressure storage, manual control and remote release. The system performance meets the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea and the Classification Specification for Offshore Mobile Platforms. It also meets the requirements of CCS and ZC for the construction of sea and inland steel ships by China Classification Societies and Ship Inspection Bureaus. Fire fighting on platforms, ship cabins, pump rooms, cargo spaces, oil tanks, power generation rooms, paint rooms, woodworking rooms, etc.

       This system is mainly composed of sevoflurane storage system and release control system. The main components are alarm box for marine fire extinguishing device, remote control release station, assembly of sevoflurane gas cylinder, air release valve (selection valve), release, signal feedback device, nozzle And connecting pipelines.

       The release control system can be operated by hand, electric operation, pneumatic operation and pure manual mechanical operation. The user can arbitrarily choose and combine according to the different requirements of the protected space. Slow leakage may cause accidental discharge of fire extinguishing agents.

       This system is an ideal environment-friendly gas fire extinguishing equipment replacing Halon 1211 and 1301 fire extinguishing systems. It has the characteristics of clean, non-toxic, good electrical insulation and high fire extinguishing efficiency.

Instructions for use

(A) fire fighting operation

When there is a fire in the protected area, you can choose any of the following methods to extinguish the fire:

1. Manually operated electric fire extinguishing: Press the fire start button on the fire extinguishing control box, the system sends out a pre-alarm signal to turn off the fan, fuel engine, wind oil engine, fuel pump, blower, etc. After a delay of 30 seconds, the system opens the release valve leading to the fire compartment and the corresponding number of extinguishing agent liquid storage bottles to achieve the fire extinguishing operation, and simultaneously issues a release alarm signal.

2. Pneumatic fire extinguishing: Manually open the remote release box door of the corresponding fire compartment. The system issues a pre-alarm signal to turn off the fan, fuel engine, wind oil engine, fuel pump, blower, etc. Turn on the control gas cylinders in the remote-control release box one by one. After a delay of 30 seconds, the system opens the release valve to the fire compartment and the corresponding number of extinguishing agent liquid storage bottles to implement the fire extinguishing operation, and simultaneously issues a release alarm signal.

3. Manual fire extinguishing:

1) Manually open the release valve of the corresponding fire area, the system sends a release pre-alarm signal to turn off the fan, fuel engine, wind oil engine, fuel pump, blower, etc. Then manually open the container valve of the corresponding liquid storage bottle of the fire extinguishing agent to realize the fire extinguishing operation.

(2) Cleaning up after fire fighting

1. There should be sufficient holding time after fire extinguishing, and vigilance should be given to fire recurrence.

2. When the fire is extinguished, the protected area should be thoroughly ventilated until the indoor oxygen content reaches a normal value.

3. After extinguishing the fire, refill the fire extinguishing agent to restore the system and put it in a standby state.

Application areas:

       This system is mainly suitable for: various types of ships, machinery spaces on offshore platforms, pump rooms and loading spaces for vehicles that only carry no cargo.
